We went to Everest Lounge for a meal last night. The restaurant was set up well with screens between tables, hand sanitiser on entry and staff wore masks. The menu was interesting with lots of unusual dishes. To start with we had the momos which were juicy and delicious, the crispy squid and a Tibetan Sheekh kebab, which was really different and tasty. The main courses were equally as yummy, everything seemed very fresh and the sauces and flavours of the different curries were very varied. The service was excellent, attentive and friendly and the staff seemed very passionate about the food they were serving. Special thanks to Shivani, Joseph and Sunil for looking after us so well and for organising a dessert with candles in for my husband who was celebrating his birthday. We will be back again soon!

We had our first Everest Lounge takeaway last night to celebrate the end of our holiday. I’m super pleased to report the take out is just as tasty and high quality as the eat in options. The menu selection was great, on line ordering easy and the staff were so attentive when we went to pick up and made us feel totally welcome while we waited. The food itself was so so tasty, fresh and you could tell used really great ingredients too. And the staff were clearly passionate about what they do and providing excellent customer service. We are already planning our next visit!!

Our first visit to Everest this evening and it certainly won’t be our last. Our party of four thoroughly enjoyed all of the dishes, which were fresh and tasty and staff were friendly and attentive. It was also good to see lots of covid precautions in place- staff all wearing masks, hand sanitiser on entry and tables spaced out with screens in-between. Having dined in the majority of the Indian restaurants in Harborough, everyone agreed Everest was coming out on top and we would highly recommend. We’ll be back soon 👏

Visited for the first time tonight and definitely will not be be the last. Really nice choice of food and lots of ‘something a bit different’. When the food came, it didn’t disappoint, everything was really tasty. The decor is nice and the staff were really lovely and friendly. Highly recommended 😁
