We came here whilst on holiday as our son watches ‘one zoo three’ on bbc iplayer And wanted to see the animals which Cam Aaron and Tyler talk about on the show!
We paid £47.20 for two adults , two 1 year olds and one 6 year old (our 6 year old has a blue Peter card which means he gets in the zoo for free !!)
Fantastic zoo. We spent all day here.
There’s the world of dinosaurs before you enter the zoo which was great. Full of animatronic dinosaurs. A dino train (£2 per person over the age of 2) dino shows , lots of play parks and some places to eat.
The zoo is great! A Selection of different animals , walkways and play parks .
We have a twin buggy which was difficult to navigate in the rainforest part and we also didn’t fit into the temple of Angkor with it as it was too busy. Other than that the terrain for a twin pushchair was great.
We took a picnic with us and there were plenty of places to sit and eat. We bought 6 doughnuts from the shack in the Dino section. They were nice.
The Animal enclosures were a lot bigger than I have seen in other zoos which was great and all the animals were active and looked happy.
Gift shop was nicely laid out. Somethings were quite expensive comparative to the gift shop at the zoo that I work at.
There was an area with water play , small slide and water sprayers , changing rooms and toilet , deck chairs etc was a cold day so it was empty but looks nice for a warm day. Our son did go in for a bit and enjoyed it!
Every where was clean and tidy!
We will definitely go back again one day!

Zoo was brilliant. Well organised with a friendly atmosphere. Interesting animals and lotsof info about where they came from etc. Also info re climate change, poaching and other things that affect the animals in the wild. Lots of free talks thoughout the day. What a fabulous, fun addition to our wedding . Kris arrived in plenty of time to set up and was fun and professional throughout the evening. All the guests loved it, unable to believe just how much of a bargain it was.
The guests each got a copy of their photos and we had a copy too, put into an album where our guests were able to add a message and we also got a memory stick with all the photos.
Absolute quality and a real bargain for the cost. As well as being 3 hours of fun entertainment for all of our guests.

I dined in at Da Vinci’s last night and had a lovely experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming; the food was cooked to order and hot when it arrived at the table. A particular mention to the spicy calzone which had enough heat to warrant the name, yet wasn’t uncomfortable so as to detract from the experience. Combined with parmesan cheese served at the table: a new favourite dish! I would recommend Da Vinci’s to anyone who is looking for a high quality experience at an affordable price point. Thank you to all of the staff and kitchen team for a delightful evening.
