Graham gave me a call the day after I had taken out new car insurance online. He ran through my details and luckily found a mistake I had actually put down.
This raised the price of my monthly payments but kindly worked through the rest of my details and managed to lower the payments back down.
Great service so far from RightSure.

friendly, helpful and clear comms. Nobody likes calling insurance companies as you know you're going to feel robbed at the end of the call...and he made it slightly more pleasant by being human and friendly.
