Carlo Picasso Decorators recently tackled our hall, stairs and landing. After several renovation jobs, it was extremely tired and a mish mash of old painted areas and fresh plaster. Mark and Carlo completed the job. They were polite and helpful and kept the place as clean as possible throughout. The finished job is fantastic. Thank you.

Was here on Valentine’s Day the food is amazing but had bad service as this is not my first time here I’ve been here 3-4 times before never had any issue but this time i asked for a highchair three times and the waiter we had didn’t bring any till we told another one who brought it straight away and we ordered food. Then we change our mind of some of the items and the lady got frustrated and said decide what you want to order as we are busy

After Paul did a splendid job fitting a new Bristan bath shower mixer and resolving issues with the washing machine feed and an old toilet with a struggling flush mechanism, I had no hesitation asking Gill's to return to remove the old stand alone shower. It was replaced with a Merlyn slip resistant tray and shower cubicle. Rob did a fantastic job, particularly as he had to remove a large section of tiles due to water damage, but to look at the finished product you simply wouldn't know the replacements weren't the original tiles.
The greatest asset to Gill's business is their staff who all contribute to a very good end product. With every justification I was ready to trust in Gill's choice of equipment manufacturers whose products are and tried and tested on a regular basis.

Not acceptable given the cost
I liked the pool and bed
Lady on reception was rude she didn’t explain things clearly I spent 20+ minutes trying to find my room the layout of the building is like a rat maze going up and down in several lifts before finding the correct floor that aside it took around 8 minutes to walk from my room to the lobby given I have mobility issues this isn’t acceptable there was no hair dryer in the room when I requested one it seemed like i wasn’t believed and waited 30 minutes for one to arrive Lastly there was building works being carried out within the building and across the river I had to close the blind for the duration of my stay
