Lovely hotel perfect location breakfast was plentiful and tasty .rooms are nice although a bit dated but there's coffe making facilities an iron etc and you can ysr the health club while your there overall exelent stay

Great traditional country pub that serves good food and has real fires in the winter. Good selection of local real ales as well and now dog friendly inside as well as the small beer garden at the rear. Stayed here for two nights attending my daughters wedding. Excellent venue with all the onsite facilities they have. Staff & service exceeding my expectations. So warm, friendly & very helpful. The Courtyard & Pub restaurants food was very good. The Wedding meal, one best I've had. Thank you LDVH&S for making it a very Special Occassion

Easy to use website, prompt response to request for booking. This is the third time we've used Excelsior to take us to Birmingham Airport & pick us up again. Always on time, friendly and on this occasion I needed to change our pick up time at short notice which was confirmed instantly. Billy was our driver on this occasion, really lovely & friendly. Would thoroughly recommend this service

The team carefully assessed and costed the work to be done and we had detailed explanation of that. The work was done as scheduled. There was excellent communication throughout. The team tidied up afterwards and reviewed the work that was done making sure that we were satisfied with the results. We would definitely use this company again.
