Day 1 can someone come round this evening? That was quick. Feedback, lovely house. Next day, photographs plans description, property on line. Visit by assessor to obtain energy performance certificate. Two more to view this evening. Feedback, serious contender. Property on Zoopla, hundreds of hits immediately. Suggestion, lets have an open day, we have four couples who want to view, two days from now. Next morning a new couple wants to view. Feedback, two offers made. The serious contender wants our house. Offer accepted. Only 30hours has passed from first call to Andrew to accepting an offer, fantastic. Stressful but exciting. I cannot thank Samantha Voller and her team she was always available when things started going wrong ,like the consumer review I would agree that we were hoping for slightly more , however in these current climes money borrowing is exceedingly difficult . Sammy has kept her cool throughout and was truly sympathetic for what we were going through , she was diligent and dotted all the i's and crossed the t's . I am so glad that we chose them to deal with our sale

I ordered a Nissan XTrail last year.
They kept me informed throughout the process and dealt with any issues that came up.
Delivery from Nissan was around 9 months from placing the order. Once it was ready they talked me through payment and booked in a delivery. It was delivered to my door 3 days after payment.

Booked airport transport with this company for the first time and they were fantastic. I struggled to find a taxi company that provided car seats for babies but this was no problem with excelsior. They were extremely helpful when booking and turned up at the requested time. On the return journey kamran was waiting to greet us and sent a text prior to let us know he had arrived and where he was waiting. He was very friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable and I'd definitely book again.
