XL BULLY FRIENDLY AND THE BEST STAFF!!
We stayed here over the weekend and to say we were pleased with our stay really is an understatement - From the intial call to book, to checking out we have been impressed! Yes, its not a 5* hotel but come on people what do you expect! It was clean, comfy, and has a pool and spa facilities so really more could you ask for, for the money! Special shout out to Tasha who looked after us and the doggos - she put us in a bigger room so we had plenty of room for the crates for the dogs, wine and treats for us on arrival and toys and treats for the dogs along with a personal message! Not forgetting, Irene - big shout out to her as well! Really looked after us with dinner, drinks and sorting our breakfast out on the day we checked out! You ladies made such a difference to our experience and you both deserve a pay rise - you can tell you really love your job and people :) !! They both took time out of their day to talk to us about our dogs and took an interest in them! We would 100% stay here again and would certainly reccomend to anyone who has been nervous about going anywhere with your 'typed dog' these guys didnt discriminate and way out of their way to make our trip as stress free as possible!
