Initially I was a little disappointed with some of the installation work but reached out to NW Ponds. They really do want their customers to be pleased with any work carried out and so reacted quickly and went full out to promptly rectify the minor issues.
My pond looks great now and I am very pleased with the end result and total after sales customer care and service provided.
They are knowledgeable and also gave some great tips and advice in maintaining my koi pond.
Recommended.

I came home to find my pump not working on my pond .I rang Ponds Northwest to see if they did emergency call outs and a lovely young lady took my details and said I will ring back shortly . She did and asked me to take photos of my pond and pump so that they knew what they were dealing with. I then got an ETA and a couple of young men turned up ,tried to sort out my old pump but the motor had gone on it so a new one had to be fitted which they brought with them. Fixed up and running in no time . Very professional and friendly . They saved the day and my koi .Thank you so much ,would definitely recommend 👌👌👌

Lee provided a great service for us in extending roof mounted south-east facing PV with a second north-west string. This extended system meant he had to sought out work done by others which can be difficult to assess from a visual inspection. He kept his professional focus on the work up to and beyond completion which left us confident in his abilities and as importantly in the PV market, his commitment and reliability. Really appreciated. If I had more roof area....., Volt Energy would be my first call, Mike.
