Lexus Bolton have been outstanding. From my first phone call to see & test drive through to picking up my new car. Damian (sales ) was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable. He listened to what car I needed & also offered me a test drive the same day.( not all garages do that as they usually say they haven’t got any automatics). Damian kept me up to date with everything. On the day I picked up my car all the staff were really nice & couldn’t do enough for me. When I got to garage I looked around the car park to have a Quick Look at my new car but couldn’t find it to my surprise the car was behind closed glass panel with a red bow on it. Really nice gesture from Lexus Bolton. I was over the moon when I saw it I would recommend Lexus Bolton for any Lexus vehicle. I would like to thank Damian for his help & I absolutely love my new LBX. Only had the car 1 day & people are saying how much they love it. I have got the yellow one.

If I could give the company and staff 10 out of 10 then this is what they all deserve. From start to finish the process was easy quick and professional. They told us every step what would be next and from the surveyor coming out to fitting was just 7 days. Excellent service the fitters were so polite friendly and very tidy. Both Spencer and Mark were lovely to deal with and we would highly recommend this company.
