What we were quoted/paid for and what we received were not the same. Quoted premium included motor legal cover but we were then charged an additional amount to add this retrospectively. Also, inconsistent information on compulsory excess throughout the documents.
Edit post reply. I have provided screenshots showing the cover was included in quoted premium. I would appreciate a reply by email rather than phone if possible as I am rarely able to take calls and I'm reluctant yo take calls from unknown numbers especially if they are flagged as spam. Thank you
