Phoned for a quote for a new van insurance policy. Call was answered quickly, Graham was helpful and whole process was very straight forward. Quote was competitive so phoned back a few days later to take out the policy and once again had a pleasant call with Graham. All documents arrived by email very quickly. Altogether a positive experience.

Provided the least expensive (but still outrageous) van insurance quote of those I found through 3 comparison sites. Annoyingly they need no claims confirmation from previous insurer's renewal notice, rather than being able to get the information insurers seem able to share with each other. Not needed to do this in the past... My negative feelings possibly more a reflection of the insurance market as a whole rather than this insurer, so upping score from 3 to 4 stars.

We booked Mim's for our Team Away Day and had most of the cafe to ourselves laid out in one big meeting table. Carol and the team could not have been better hosts and the tea and coffee just kept coming. Lovely atmosphere and the three tier lunches with plenty of sandwiches, cakes and sausage rolls was perfect.

Wicklen carried out a drainage survey and conducted remediation works on our property at short notice and did a great job. Fast and efficient service and left site in a clean and tidy state so that you would not even know work had been done. Excellent company to deal with. Highly recommended.
