I have been attending their Great Barr branch for a few years now on a regular 6-weekly basis. As soon as you walk into the reception you are greeted with a friendly welcome that puts you at ease. My podiatrist - Becky - is, quite simply, fantastic. She is professional, takes time to explain anything you are unsure about, fully competent in what she is doing and a total perfectionist. And able to give vital foot health advice as and when required. She is super friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
Due to leg length discrepancy, I also had a biomechanical assessment by Neil who provided me with bespoke insoles which has made my walking so much more comfortable. Honestly, put your trust in these guys and you wonât be disappointed. I wouldnât go anywhere else.
