I rang Lexus Bolton to arrange a test drive.
A chap answered, introducing himself as John. After a quick conversation we agreed for John to call me back with a time and a date that was convenient for us.
On the day, we arrived a few minutes early and was greeted by John. Invited indoors for a quick drink and chat.
My wife Susan test drove 2 different models and, in both cases, felt quite as ease with john helping with controls and answering every question that he was asked with no hesitation.
On our return went back in to see how Susan felt and which model she was most comfortable with.
Our mind was made up and we left a deposit.
Throughout our time at Lexus Bolton, John acted very professionally and helped us by answering all our questions.
He is very good at his job and I feel we got a decent deal.
I have no problem of recommending John as I feel he is an asset to not just Lexus Bolton but to Lexus cars.
