That cleaning guy cleaned our roof today and has done a fabulous job. It rained all the time he was here and he was very wet but he carried on until he’d finished. We are really pleased with the results and wouldn’t hesitate at recommending him to anyone.

Rob, Paddy and Henry installed my airsource, heat pump and more recently added new radiators. They are absolute professionals, polite ,working neatly and professionally and always an outstanding job. the pipework is perfect! Very happy with the job.

The best hotel of Bolton could use a little update. The rooms was not clean. The pilloe was dirty, en there were a lot of letovers from previous guest under the bed.
Also the bathroom was in our point of vieuw old and used.
It was good, but not worth the money we paid for.
Beds were ok.
The showers and other parts of the swimmingpool are also not clean. Old and should have been replaced a lkng time ago.
Also 11 pounds for 2 beers at the barr, and 15 pound for a simple breakfast is a bit expensive.

Very homely pub filled with locals, dog and child friendly. Local ciders on tap.
Oscar and team are very friendly whenever we dine - service is always attentive and welcoming.
In the summer, the most amazing home made pizzas dished out from a pizza oven in the garden !
We recommend to all. Prices are beyond reasonable.

such a lovely place with wonderful, staff. has a great pizza oven open in the summer time, which i find the pizza to be delicious. it has an amazing out door play area for children, and is very dog friendly. all around the restaurant is gorgeous with really good food.

From the initial contact to the end of the job the service has been outstanding. Everything was explained to me about the services Fortis windows and doors offer. I was shown various options of doors and given a brochure. I showed the salesman a picture of the door I would like and, as it was bespoke, asked if this was possible. He said it was. He measured up and took photos. The next day I was emailed with the details and asked if it was all as I wanted. I confirmed and they explained approximately how long it would take to have the bespoke door made. We then booked a provisional fitting date that suited me and booked it in. I was kept up to date all the way through by either email or phone call and told who my fitters would be. I got a phone call, on the day of fitting, to tell me they were 20 minutes away. They arrived and introduced themselves, put sheets down and started to take out my old door and fit the new one. They finished and I checked it. All fantastic. They even cleaned up any mess.

Excellent service from Franklins for a part load from Birmingham to France. Everything was carefully handled, well wrapped and protected, as well as secured in transit. The delivery team, Lee and George were very helpful and extremely hard-working. No damage to any of the items, nor the house when moving the furniture in. Worth noting that the lorry was very well equipped with the appropriate ramps etc, so it all felt very safe. Also special mention to Bev in the office, who was very efficient and happily answered my many questions. Franklins also sorted out the import tax, providing all the necessary forms and costings. Would thoroughly recommend.
