It was a spare of the moment thing, booked on booking. com the hotel/pub was very warm and welcoming. The food we had was good the room was lovely complete with exposed beams, the bed was very comfortable. My only sort of complaints were breakfast not being served until 8:30 am (which I think was a little late) and the bath was a little worn but they were miner compared to the rest of the stay and yes I would stay again.

I am a hard person to please and my expectations are always high. I can say that the experience I have had with this company has been exceptional. From ordering with Eddie to Joe and Gareth who fitted the door and windows. I always think that customer service is more valuable when you have a problem. Well, I had a small issue and that was resolved promptly by Rob and I was impressed how valued I felt as a customer. Thank you.

The service was professional, “real” and genuine. The process was relaxed and reliable from test drive to collection. All my extra requests ( for my own reassurance re settlement figures) were met with confirmation emails ,and phone calls.
I fully recommend this company and would use them again. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
