He managed to get ke in despite it being very busy and on arrival, Nathan (the owner) dealt with my car issue. Gave me sound advice and recommended me coming back later for the issue to be resolved on the same day. Returned at the time and all was sorted quickly. Really appreciated the top notch customer service and quick turnaround too. Very reliable and lovely team - have been here before for various car issues and they have always been super helpful and consider cost effective solutions for the customer without compromising car safety and functionality. As a woman I have always hated going to garages by myself but the guys at this place are so friendly and courteous both on the phone and in person that I have no such worries. They put the customer first; when I had to have two tyres and had only ordered one they gave me a lift home so that I didn't have to either wait there for ages or go back later to get the second one. They then brought my car back to my house when it was done. Brilliant service, fair prices, and with a smile too!
