Exceptional service. My mother and I were travelling up to Birmingham, from Wales, for a music event and needed to get back home the same night for various reasons. I messaged excelsior cars before booking and had a quick response that answered all my questions. Kamar, the driver, whatsapped us earlier in the day to confirm which street he would be waiting at nearby Utilita arena and was very friendly and happy to talk on our journey home. Will definitely use again and recommend very highly.

Just recently used this company for a move from Germany back to the UK. Cannot fault this company at all. They were super quick to respond to emails and managed to fit us in last minute. What can I say…..from the initial telephone enquiry right through to when the guys left the service was 5 star. Ben was so professional on the phone and explained and quoted everything thoroughly. Simon and Tobias arrived on the day bang on the pre-arranged time. They were both very polite and professional and nothing was too much trouble. I booked an emergency appointment and was seen within two days. The dentist Dr Shivani Savania and her assistant where amazing. Obviously, no one loves going to the dentist, but the care I received made it almost a pleasure. Their team work was wonderful to witness and I felt like I was in safe hands. Honestly, I felt like giving them both a hug afterwards! Such a relief to get it sorted so quickly. The reception staff were all so helpful and friendly too. Thank you so much!
