I had the pleasure of training with Aid before my wedding. Aid is a true professional an is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to fitness and nutrition.
I can not recommend him enough! As a complete novice to the gym I have never felt more comfortable or confident in my training and it is all down to Aid.

I’ve been training with Aiden for around 4 years now, his knowledge for all things fitness is amazing, over the four years my training goals have changed a few times and Aiden always manages to find an enjoyable training program for me to follow, he gives me advice on my food consumption too which is probably my biggest need, The gym has always got new up to date equipment being installed and is always clean and tidy, God help anyone that puts a weight away upside down 🙃 If your serious about getting fit, building strength or losing weight then M A Fitness can do it all 💪🏻

Had used Leamore Windows before to replace a window so we rang them to replace our porch and front door. Sam and Nick came out to do the job. They were very polite and completed the job quickly and they were very tidy. Cleaned everything away afterwards and completed the job to a high standard. Very pleased with the whole process from initial contact to the job being completed. Definitely recommend and will use in future.

I booked an appointment with Brookside Dental for my 15 year old daughter as she needed some tooth extraction. I was very impressed since my first phone call. The staff is amazing and polite, the receptionist Lauren was very helpful and booked us in very quickly. Dr Ravi is lovely, made my daughter feel at ease as she was so worried with extraction. The nurse is comforting and reassured my daughter she won’t feel anything and talked to her to make her feel less tense. Overall experience is great, this is the first dentist place where we felt valued and cared!

Absolutely outstanding! From valuation visit to completion, all staff involved were kind and friendly as well as professional. Really good communication and regular updates throughout. It wasn't the most straightforward process (nothing to do with Adam and Jones, just the nature of the housing market) but they really worked hard to complete my sale and allow me to buy my dream home! Definitely recommend!

Matt runs his company like a maestro at the London philharmonic, never missed a beat and timed to perfection.
From initial conversation to completing the works, we were kept fully informed of what was happening and when, never failing to do what they said.
I can highly recommend all the trades used, who all did an amazing job and left our home tidied up every night as Matt expected.
Outstanding company to deal with and would definitely be the first contact should we need anything doing again.
My snagging list at the end of the job was blank, not one thing needed doing.
