Well priced. Some confusion with the delivery but all was sorted quickly. My complaint is that every one of the top soil bags had a hole in it, so moving it to the back was messier than expected. However, the quality of the top soil was excellent.

I have never ordered any building materials, but Gill's website was easy to use, and made it easy to identify the product and gave accurate details of the price which included vat. Once submitted, you had the option to choose your delivery date. The receipt of the order was acknowledged and was followed up by an email informing you that it was ready for collection or delivery.

Good communication and we never felt pressured to buy quickly. The agent was fantastic and realistic over the properties we looked at. The office did agited us to sort out the paperwork even though we weren't the hold up (the sellers were the issue). Overall a good experience.
