Their thick Oreo milkshake is one of the best I've had and they do some nice sundaes. The service in the restaurant was good, even though a few of the things that we wanted to order were not in stock , so that was disappointing. They need to improve on their delivery however, as the bag they put orders in, is not even sealed and is not secure. This means it is unhygienic and also easily spilt. My last order was spilt by the driver and the milkshake wasn't thick by the time it arrived, it was runny. So was disappointing and not worth the price.

So I went at opening time so my review maybe impacted by that. Lady working was nice enough and place is decorated well. My issue is the quality of the food is average at best. The waffle didn't taste fresh, it could have been microwaved for how it tasted, the cookie dough was stodgy and the American pancakes were fat crepes. The pouring of chocolate sauce on the pancakes was as little as possible and so was the sprinkles. Ice cream was flavoursome but when you go to a posh ice cream place I expect to get chunks of what ever flavour it is, same with the milkshakes. If you haven't been to another desert place this is probably a nice place but I've been to much nicer places for deserts so don't think I'll be back.
