My dogs boarded with K9 Core over Christmas and they enjoyed a Christmas dinner and were given present boxes upon leaving which was a lovely touch at no additional cost to us. My dogs were well looked after and it was lovely to see them so happy and healthy after a week away. I felt the price was very reasonable for the level of service provided and lots of optional extras too.

From booking through to changes in our travel plans and dates to assisting with my frail parents travelling independently for the first time in years, the service was helpful, quick, personal and on time! The anxiety levels in my parents were removed completely through communication and assurance with a simple plan. A wonderful service and one that I will keep in my contacts for future trips to and from BHX. Certainly 5 stars.
