We ordered takeaway from here recently, however 2 items were missing from the order. Contacted the restaurant and spoke to a friendly and professional member of the team who apologised and promised to sort. In 10mins the missing items were at our door with an apology from the driver also and a complimentary beer. Never experienced as good customer service to rectify an issue especially a takeaway on a busy Saturday night! Was really impressed and will definitely be using Everest Lounge again.
We haven’t yet had the chance to dine in at the restaurant but always looks busy and I can see why. Look forward to visiting soon. Keep up the great work!

I was given their name by the estate agent that was dealing with our property sale. It was a very good choice. From the word go they were professional, we had face to face meetings, we were able to pop in without an appointment and never made to feel a nuisance. If we needed to email they were answered straight away , the lady we were dealing with was Daljit Sunar she was lovely, as pensioners, she was patient and always ready to explain everything fully. All the staff were great. Would definitely use them again. Thank you yet again Pickfords

We recently needed 7 new windows, including 2 x large bays, and after speaking with several companies, decided to try Leamore Windows.
From the first meeting, the sales guy Gavin, was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable, making some good suggestions that we hadn’t even thought of. The quotation whilst not the cheapest was VERY competitive indeed and reflected exactly what we had discussed.
We decided to visit the showroom to be absolutely sure before we committed to purchase but again, we found the quality and professionalism on show to be very reassuring. It is a very impressive set up, so we paid our deposit there and then.
From that point on, the communication and indeed the whole process, worked flawlessly.
On the actual fitting days, we had the pleasure of Dale, Ben and Harry working with us. The windows were great, as we’d expected, but the service and attention to detail shown was beyond our expectations. They arrive bang on time each day and set immediately to work. They were very respectful, removing shoes before walking on the new carpets, and were meticulous in everything they did. They continually checked we were happy and any small concerns we had were rectified quickly and without argument.
Overall, I cannot rate this company highly enough. From conception to completion, it has been a no hassle project. A quality product, a fabulous service AND the right price too.
The only slight negative is that the lead time to wait for installation can be longer than some. However, this is clearly an indication of just how busy they are and trust me, it was worth the wait.

Free parking outside their showroom off St Mary's Rd. Gareth gave us good advice when we were choosing a stair carpet and again when he called to measure up. The fitters were very efficient and polite and we are very pleased with the end result at a fair price.
