Excellent service from start to finish kam our driver was top notch and nothing to much bother. Communication spot on from landing at bhx received text msg explaining what to do and where to wait kam was with us within 5 minutes and off we went .l would have no hesitation in using there services again

We used the long-distance taxi service available from Excelsior Cars to take us from Wolverhampton to Devon for a holiday, and for the return journey. Kabir was our driver on both occasions and was everything you would want in a driver for a long journey - easy-going, calm and an excellent driver. I can suffer with travel sickness, particularly with long journeys - but this was not the case with Kabir driving. It was a totally smooth journey and I felt fine. He was also punctual, polite and helped us with our luggage. I could not fault the service we received and would definitely use it again.

I’ve used Excelsior a few times now for airport transfers between Birmingham and Derby, and would highly recommend them. They have always been punctual and the drivers are friendly. Abid went above and beyond when organising an airport pick-up for my 90-year old Dad (who sometimes has to fly alone with special assistance) and even let me know when Dad was safely in the taxi. I really felt he was in safe hands, which is one worry less! Thanks too to Dad’s driver Kamar for chatting with Dad on the way home - he really enjoyed the ride. Will definitely be booking them again!

When I did the level of service was exceptional. Their knowledge of this particular field and the honesty (they were not the cheapest), but offered better value and talked me through the cover I ACTUALLY needed.
They then left me to consider the proposal with no hassle or follow up calls. Just call us if you need us was the response
When I decided to go ahead, the team were thorough, efficient and comprehensive.
Excellent customer service left me feeling I'm dealing with a trustworthy company whom I'd be happy to use again and again.
