A gentleman from the second we met him until the second we were dropped off at home.. he provided not only an excellent service but also a friendly person to talk to when I was extremely tired.. We cannot express with only 5 stars how grateful we are to Nathan ,Lydia and Craig. They understood the awful situation we were in and acted accordingly......
We were on our way to Dover from the Midlands to return home to Germany. Our car had an engine failure, the 1st possible repair at a Ford sevices would be next week or even beginning of September. This would have had many repercussions: loss of hotel room( paid for), loss of booked and paid - for ferry, our son would not make his holiday leaving on Sunday, we would have to take unpaid leave from work etc etc.....
Nathan agreed immediately that we could bring the car to his garage , Craig identified the problem, Lydia got the part ordered and requested urgent delivery, Craig fixed it( with helpful in- depth explanation) and we were on our way within 2 and half hours!!!!!!
Unbelievable!!
I cannot recommend this company enough. The whole team were friendly,compassionate, professional and understanding.
And as for Axel the puppy.......we're in love!

We went for lunch with our toddler. He has a milk allergy, so eating out can be stressful. They have the allergens clearly marked in the menu for every item, which immediately put us at ease. They couldn't have been more helpful, and when the food came it was spectacular. This will be the first of many visits!

As always Excelsior cars provided a great service. The team were professional, reliable, and extremely conscientious.
Once again they dropped us off at the airport for our holiday in comfort and with absolute efficiency, the pick-up was perfectly on time and we arrived with time to spare.
My error in our booking was picked up by Abid and his team who informed me of the mismatch between our booked return date and our actual flight. Our booking was amended and the reassuring text message from Shak was waiting for us as soon as I turned on my phone when we landed at 2 am.
We can't recommend Excelsior cars highly enough - thank you for the stress-free start and finish of our holiday.
