He was on-time, clearly accessible and so helpful! After a long flight and wait in baggage claim- he made us feel welcome and comfortable. It was a long drive to Brill, and he kept us entertained the whole ride with facts and interesting travel stops throughout the area. He was safe, friendly and super knowledgeable about London and the English countryside! We would 100% recommend him and your company, and reserve both for ourselves again too! My little lad absolutely loves his time at house of paws. His grooms always leave him looking like the handsome lad he is but also enjoys the playtime with the other pooches in the shop. The staff honestly go above and beyond if that be booking me in last minute or letting Fendi stay later due to work. Thank you guys 👏🏻
