i can’t give enough credit to this company from start to finish! it was so easy to access them on the internet and generate a price for an airport collection and to book it online to get it confirmed straight away with an actual price.
It’s a brilliant father and son Business Abid and Billy are amazing guys, kind caring and take pride in there job that they do on a daily basis aswell as ensuring there customers are looked after throughout there journey.
they contacted me before i boarding my plane to ensure me who my driver was and which car would be arriving and upon arrival all i had to do was let them know when my luggage was collected and they were there at the drop off point upon arrival!
the car was immaculate and conversation was made throughout the journey ( no awkwardness as some taxis can be ) i would 100% recommend Excelsior cars to anyone. cheap, clean cheerful and excellent service throughout.

Booked for a second time this year for transport to and from Birmingham Airport at the start and end of our holiday. The taxis are very clean and comfortable. Drivers are friendly, helpful and reliable. I cannot fault the service offered and will not consider going anywhere else for my next airport transfer. Special thanks to Kamran for taking us and Abid for collecting us.

From placing my order to receiving it was a 5* service. I was called by the company to tell me my order would be slightly delayed due to a shortage of materials, then called again to make sure my measurements were correct and whether I wanted the frames custom made to fit my print exactly (at no extra cost) which I did. I was called again to let me know that my order had been dispatched. The service was above and beyond and in future I will not be going anywhere else. Thank you.

to eat here and it didn’t disappoint. Delicious home cooked Turkish food
