We have used Excelsior Cars for some years now for journeys to Cornwall and back and returns to and from Heathrow to Birmingham. They are the ultimate professionals and ensure our journeys are stress free and enjoyable. The drivers are absolutely lovely and go out of their way to provide a smooth, happy drive.
We have recently had to change our Birmingham to Heathrow booking with them three times due to changes in flights and personal circumstances and they have been so helpful in accommodating us and changing the booking. We would never use anyone else.

I needed to be picked up from hospital after surgery and taken 3 hours away. I didnât know what time I would get out but Excelsior went above and beyond remaining flexible and waiting nearly all day for me!
The driver, Billy was very helpful and considerate with my condition. His driving was excellent and he was very friendly with great conversation. I would highly recommend Excelsior for any journey. I canât thank them and Billy enough. đđ˝

Beautiful place, really relaxed and calm environment. Have been here twice, reassurance scan and to have our gender scan. Each time we have been all the staff have been so lovely, highly recommend if youâre looking at booking.
We chose a general reveal package which was definitely worth the money and chose to kept the gender a surprise until our reveal (which they were really helpful with.) Cant recommend here enough.

I have been to genesis throughout my pregnancy for my gender scan and reassurance scans as the hospital said I had complications with my pregnancy. Genesis has always made me feel reassured. They are very professional and all staff go out their way to make you feel comfortable and at home at such a scary time! I will be sure to bring my little girl in when she is here! Thanks to Alex and all the staff! Xx

Me and my wife Samantha came to genesis a few weeks ago for an early scan, as this was my wife's first pregnancy she was so nervous! Alex and Melinda on the front desk were really nice and helped calm my wife's nerves. The sonographer alike was professional and thorough with the scan and answered any questions we had, we will definitely be returning

Been here twice so far for our reassurance & gender scan (which we revealed our first boy yesterday) and what an absolute experience both times have been! Very clean, the most polite/pleasant staff. The sonographer explained everything in such detail and answered any questions I asked at both scans. Made us feel very very welcome, I feel like the team are part of our journey as they reassured us from start to finish on both scans! Highly recommend Genesis, Alex & the rest of the team for your scans. Thank you so much for everything & making me have a good piece of mind as I worry about everything & anything, even Alex who responds to messages even when shes not in the clinic & having time with her own children / home life. I'll be forever thankful for our pregnancy journey so far, can't wait to return for our 4D to see our boy in more detail abit further into pregnancy. Thank you again! Highly appreciated â¤ď¸
