We recently had Beacon Farm Forestry to cut down three large trees 🌲 two of which were 70ft high, I can honestly say they were FANTASTIC!! Five of them turned up on time and despite freezing conditions, they never stopped all day. All the debris was cleared away, and they left the place spotless. Would not hesitate in using or recommending them to anyone in the future.

A few hours before l travelled to the UK from Kuwait, I spent much time trying to find transport from Birmingham Airport to West Bromwich. I tried two apps, with no luck. I found Excelsior during my search and booked online. However, there was an error with my online booking, and Excelsior messaged me about it. They then fixed the issue and sent me the link for payment. My card wasn't being accepted, and my daughter tried paying with hers, and that didn't work either. I was then sent a link l could use to transfer the fare. That didn't work. At this point, l had given up, as l was also a little stressed with last-minute packing and had to leave for the airport and take two flights till my final destination.
Excelsior then totally surprised me by finding a solution to this problem. This was extremely helpful to me and one less thing to stress over. He was waiting at the airport, with prompt updates and instructions on how to find him.
I felt safe and taken care of. Brother Abid was so respectable and sociable. The vehicle was warm, comfortable, and clean. As a woman, especially one travelling alone, l would definitely use this service again, and l highly recommend it. Hat's off, Excelsior, for a reliable and efficient service. If l could give you 10 stars, l would. ✨️ Actually, l can't fault this service even if l tried. Everything was super smooth, from response time to messages, pick-up, and drop-off.

First Panto for our six year old grandson and he cried with laughter from start to finish, Sam Rabone was again amazing as the dame with an excellent supporting cast.
Having been to Pantos for thirty years at the Hippodrome and The Grand , the Garrick is miles ahead for entertainment and viewing is superb for little ones with booster seats supplied.
We first visited to a see a relative dance in a production two years ago but having now moved to Lichfield we will make this a family tradition
Brilliant show grab a ticket while you have time.
Having been to Pantos for thirty years at the Hippodrome and The Grand , the Garrick is miles ahead for entertainment and viewing is superb for little ones with booster seats supplied.

An absolute life savers. Due to awful weather I ended up with 2 punctures Friday night. I found them on line and booked for Monday. I was very nervous if the job will be completed but was contacted by Michelle Monday morning and by 1300 I had tyres fitted. The young man also changed the front tyre to back as I had punctures on left side, and fitted new tyres to the front. Given the weather and rail strike and that I work for NHS and commute to work, this company literally saved lives. Highly recommended!

Our first time to use Excelsior Cars and will definitely be using them again! Met us off our flight and picked us up for our return to the airport. Great service! On time, great communication with a text and phone call and so polite. Even had the child seats for us with no issues. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amazing food, very fast coming out, our table wasnt ready for us in time and it was cold in the restaurant, but the food was just amazing especially the bao buns. Will be back soon.

ThisSnow White pantomime was excellent. We came last year to see Peter Pan & booked for this years straight after. We have done the same again for 2023! As a family we have seen many pantomimes in different locations- some very well known & far bigger than the Garrick, however theirs is ALWAYS the best. The kids love it, the adults love it & the setting is perfect. Easy to get to, easy to park- no fuss, just a brilliant experience from stat to finish. The show was just wonderful. Looking forward to next years already!

3 of us rated the meal, 6/10 and 1 of us 8/10. Dips were watered down so it seemed and tasteless. Service was great but food very average eatable but nothing that would win the 2022 awards from us. Went there against my better judgment having had a takeaway before which was woeful. But friends had previously been and said it was good in the restaurant but they soon changed their minds.
