The communication and service received from Becky at Adam & Jones was beyond our expectations. Becky gave us full & in depth weekly updates on our purchase. She liaised with the other agents in the chain to keep things moving when required and nothing was too much trouble for her and the Adam & Jones team. A special mention for Zoe too who was also really helpful and responsive which proves that this professional, customer centric mindset must run through the whole team. He even allowed me to use a car to get to work whilst mine was with them, my car was then dropped off to my workplace. Incredible customer service along with absolutely fantastic prices for the work that was carried out, I couldn’t recommend a garage anymore! Thank you again Nathan and the team 👍🏻
