Took my Frenchie Matilda for her first spa day here yesterday and I can honestly say these guys are the best I've been to 💕☺️ listened to everything I said about Matilda and her skin sensitivity, got to know Matilda first to make her feel comfortable and were very knowledgeable with all the treatments they suggested to suit Matilda and also get exactly what I was looking for ☺️ extremely happy with their amazing customer service and kind nature 🥰 Matilda looks beautiful, her coat is so shiny and soft and she smells gorgeous too 🤗 we can't wait to come again soon... Nellie had her first visit on friday she came out a very happy pooch, wagging her tail, looked great , have always had a problem with getting her front legs looking right after a mobile groomer spot shaved her over a year ago and her legs were even and looked in proportion for the first time since then. Nellie will definitely be back in few weeks time. Staff were also warm and welcoming.
