XL BULLY FRIENDLY AND THE BEST STAFF!!
We stayed here over the weekend and to say we were pleased with our stay really is an understatement - From the intial call to book, to checking out we have been impressed! Yes, its not a 5* hotel but come on people what do you expect! It was clean, comfy, and has a pool and spa facilities so really more could you ask for, for the money! Special shout out to Tasha who looked after us and the doggos - she put us in a bigger room so we had plenty of room for the crates for the dogs, wine and treats for us on arrival and toys and treats for the dogs along with a personal message! Not forgetting, Irene - big shout out to her as well! Really looked after us with dinner, drinks and sorting our breakfast out on the day we checked out! You ladies made such a difference to our experience and you both deserve a pay rise - you can tell you really love your job and people :) !! They both took time out of their day to talk to us about our dogs and took an interest in them! We would 100% stay here again and would certainly reccomend to anyone who has been nervous about going anywhere with your 'typed dog' these guys didnt discriminate and way out of their way to make our trip as stress free as possible! Amazing service. Would defo buy a car from there again. We had a fabulous sales person called Zubair. Explained everything all along the sales process.
He bent over backwards to let us drive away with our new car by the end of the day. We got excellent advice and a couple of nice sweetness thrown in toe compliment the car.
The Car Co itself is a bright airy and friendly building. Zubair was very professional and showed us the cars he found would suit us. We actually enjoyed our afternoon with him and he was very helpful at explaining what will happen next. Thank you to The Car Co and Zubair. We had a 5 star customer experience and now the owner of a beautiful car. Win win all round

Amazing company with great customer service!
I have used We Move Anything twice in quite a short period of time due to personal circumstances and both times they have been great! Scott and Jamie moved me up to Scotland in April ‘24 all the way from Manchester. They carried all my belongings up to my top floor flat (with no lift!). They were friendly throughout and moved everything in promptly, with no damage. I have then had to move out of the same flat in July ‘24 and Andy and Josh were just the same. They moved all my belongings down the stairs, were super friendly and really professional throughout!
Also Patrick and Julian are great on the customer service side. Promptly returning my emails and answering any queries I had.
I also found the price of We Move Anything to be a true reflection of the service you receive! I will be using them if I move in the future and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for movers.

Initially I was a little disappointed with some of the installation work but reached out to NW Ponds. They really do want their customers to be pleased with any work carried out and so reacted quickly and went full out to promptly rectify the minor issues.
My pond looks great now and I am very pleased with the end result and total after sales customer care and service provided.
They are knowledgeable and also gave some great tips and advice in maintaining my koi pond.
Recommended.

I came home to find my pump not working on my pond .I rang Ponds Northwest to see if they did emergency call outs and a lovely young lady took my details and said I will ring back shortly . She did and asked me to take photos of my pond and pump so that they knew what they were dealing with. I then got an ETA and a couple of young men turned up ,tried to sort out my old pump but the motor had gone on it so a new one had to be fitted which they brought with them. Fixed up and running in no time . Very professional and friendly . They saved the day and my koi .Thank you so much ,would definitely recommend 👌👌👌
