We stayed for 2 nights while visiting Bolton. Our large room was slightly tired but very clean with a comfortable bed. We had a slight problem with the bathroom shower, but it was quickly fixed by the maintenance team. The public rooms were extremely clean and well appointed. We used the swimming pool twice and as it opened at 0630, that was a bonus. The food was good, particulary the breakfast buffet where there were plenty of choices of good quality food and , when items were starting to run low, the staff quickly replenished them. All the staff we met were polite, professional and keen to help us. We particularly liked the way the hotel is integrated into the local community with sports facilities for the young, and especially how the hotel supports the local guide dog for the blind charity, acting as an accommodation hub for those who are learning to manage new guide dogs. All round it is a good hotel and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

Due to vastly increased cost over the last few years we were reluctantly resigned to giving up on our business healthcare completely after 15 years of cover with the same provider. Mark at Dragonfly came to to us highly recommended and has worked magic. He has pulled out all the stops to find us the cover we want with a major provider at a fraction of what we were paying.

My family was coming down from Cape town. I was getting more and more anxious as I didnt have an apartment secured. I got to know about Belvoir, and voila my luck changed.
