The Car Co went above and beyond to help me with my new car. Thoroughly impressed and cannot rate them enough. Especially their employee Kaz, who went out of his way to help me despite the fact that I walked straight in to view a car with no prior booking or arrangement. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process and allowed me to take my time viewing the car with zero pressure to end up walking away with one. He ensured I recieved the best rates and was always transparent, keeping me informed and explaining in detail anything I didn't understand.The whole process was simple and stress-free and I felt that they genuinly cared about the customer and not the sale.

Great stay for work at the Mercure Bolton, the rooms are clean, some upgrades are underway which is only going to further improve the experience. The best part of my stay had to be the staff! I travel a lot for work and never in a hotel chain have I experienced such friendly staff! From check-in to bar staff and my favourite Lydia welcoming me every day for breakfast! She was like a ray of sunshine when I’m my normal pre-caffeinated grumpy self! It may not be quite as cheap as the premier inn, but the extra few pounds a night for me was definitely worth the experience.

Hotel was as expected. Good but outdated.
The staff in reception and Lydia in the restaurant were brilliant, really helpful running around after me every morning for my diet needs, the leisure facilities were very run down but still offered everything needed.
