Overall good experience at this hotel. No concerns and good enough customer service. Was a little disappointed that I was charged at the gym/swimming area for use of extra towel when I was already a paying guest at hotel.

Spa was beautiful and staff were so helpful and lovely.
Reception was understaffed so checking in wasn’t as quick as it could be.
The Resteraunt was lovely. Rooms were clean and spacious

The staff were very friendly, the hotel was spotless and the food was great. The facilities are very good and the location is lovely. The courtyard shops make it quite a unique place to visit. We had a great time.

Great value for money on a special offer - use of the spa, 2 course meal and breakfast. Good selection of evening meals and breakfast. For me the bed was too hard but dont let that stop you going. Spa was lovely and clean with a fab infinity pool (overlooking houses). We had treatment professional and very enjoyable.

Our son's wedding was held at the Last Drop on 31 October. Many of our guests also stayed at the hotel for 1 or 2 nights.
From the start dealing with Jacqueline the wedding co-ordinator was a very positive experience. She was extremely proactive, supportive and responsive and made sure that all of our issues were addressed promptly in a very professional manner. She was available on the day and the day before which was great.
With decoration the function rooms looked great and were a good size to accommodate our many guests.
The rooms were comfortable; not luxurious.
Service was excellent and when we arrived with 2 carloads full of clothes etc for the wedding I was well supported by hotel staff to help me unload and the next day to take things to the function rooms as required.
Many guests used the spa and also took advantage of the countryside around to walk.
I would strongly recommend the venue.

what a place. completely unexpected.if nothing else go to experience the incredible friendly staff. nothing was too much trouble. comfortable throughout. good food offering and service that would easily grace the Savoy. whomsoever is responsible deserves a bonus!

We stay at this hotel 3/4 nights a week and can honestly say the place is brilliant, the facilities the food the rooms is all fantastic. The staff are amazing to especially 2 of the reception staff called Victoria and Amanda they bend over backwards every time we are there nothing is a problem for them, and they have great banter to, also 2 bar staff named Joe and Ollie both amazing at their job, and brilliant customer service all four staff are a credit to the place.
