Plenty to do in Bury. Location close to Bury town plenty of shops & restaurants. Car parks plenty to choose from as well Found it easy to navigate people on hand to help if needed. Room was very hot only a blind on the window which I found unusual even though they provided a dyson fan it didn’t do the job,& the duvet is for winter & not summer the shower is large & plenty of towels & soaps etc but unfortunately the floor is rotted with trapped water. But overall it’s an alright stay it’s close to our daughter so handy for her to pick us up & drop off,

We stayed on a Groupon deal which was £99 B&B with welcome drink. We had a really nice stay and will definitley be back.

The service was excellent, all staff very attentive, people working breakfast are working extremely hard, well done.

Spa was spot on, clean and well maintained. Yes there's a housing estate to look out onto instead of a nice view but who cares if you have good company!

Breakfast good quality. Rooms very clean and comfy beds. Honestly a gem of a place and probably doesn't get the credit is deserves. Hospitality has suffered hugely since the pandemic and staff are working hard, well done - we will be back!

Attended for a wedding! Lovely room and venue but the staff could be more friendly and helpful.
If you are staying here make sure you bring a coin for the locker for the pool. We don’t have cash and ended up with a belongings beside the pool.

A mid-age environment with lots of parking space.
Yet, some issue with our bath, the drain was stuck and required a very long time to drain off the water.
Another problem, the wedding ceremony played very loud music after midnight. It is absolutely not fair and very interrupts other hotel guests.

Lovely relaxing stay Room had a lovely view, two chairs and desk with chair. Breakfast was good even for vegan/vegetarians... all the staff amazing and happy to help with every thing you wanted. Lovely walks nearby too. No keen on showers over baths. No A/C and was warm weather.... didn't have a list of things available to you eg had to request a fridge or a fan.

Not as good as we wanted it to be. Jean was a smiley face on arrival. We liked the breakfast - it seemed to be fresh and well-replenished. Zoe in the breakfast room was down-to-earth and very welcoming. Parking was easy. The thermal suite options in the spa area were varied! Location was useful for hosting a friend staying in Bolton. Our twin room felt stuffy, even though it wasn't a particularly hot day. There was no fan in the room and so we had to have the window wide open throughout the night. Noisy guests and banging external doors couldn't be blocked out. We had to move room due to the shower's thermostat breaking while in use. We were told to go down to Reception to collect keys for the new room. (I had to collect while half-rinsed...) The bedrooms seemed clean, if a little dated (part of the shower control missing in the second room) but the pool and leisure areas felt grubby and neglected. Under the benches in the women's changing room was filthy - as though any dirt had been swept under there. Lockers had rubbish in them that could easily have been removed. Areas couldn't have been cleaned regularly or properly. We wanted to swim laps of the pool which was possible but as the pool is small and half is dedicated to family swim, kids repeatedly jumping into the pool doesn't make it a relaxing experience. The men's changing room is at one end of the pool, and so therefore the toilets are too... the smell is strong. The infinity pool is a cool idea, to relax in the open air, and the jets did help my sore back, but it looks out onto a car park and the new housing estates.
