Great community atmosphere, felt like we were part of a community.
Starbucks coffee, friendly staff, community feel, impressive facilities, large spa style pool, fab beds, great room service.
No fried eggs for breakfast, scrambled eggs were awful, shower head leaked while trying to run a bath.

No drawers in room. Poor and n[ot enough hanging space. Needs built in hanging space and drawers. Thereis enough room for thi behind the door

Convenient for visiting someone in Bury
Really excellent large swimming pool Lovely bathroom
Bit run down and not very clean in dining area - eg peas squashed into seats. Sticky tables. Noisy kids running about fir hours downstairs. Room quite dark and awful view.

Although it looked a bit dated, the room was really comfortable and we had an excellent night's sleep. We had to wait for some items of the breakfast but it was delicious. The staff we welcoming and professional.

May be a little worn around the edges but this is made up for with friendly hard-working staff, excellent family accommodation (King bed, single bed and good size and pop-up bed). Lovely sized swimming pool with separate quiet spa area for adults. A wide range of breakfast items and a good variety for dinner. We would not hesitate to come back again.

Nice spa, nice breakfast.
The spa and swimming pool where very nice. The front of the hotel and the staff where good. The breakfast was nice.
Not good Value for money, the room was small, not enough tea/coffee or milk, only enough for one cup. There where two of us, no shower gel or robes, The carpet felt sticky, tried to order room service but no answer after 15-20 minutes and ended up getting dressed to go down to order food and brought it back to our room our self. Not what we wanted after a very long drive.

Good but avoid the mushrooms
The spa was amazing, made me feel really relaxed and the staff were very friendly there.
The mushrooms at breakfast were poor, they tasted like canned mushrooms maybe replace them with better produce. Pillows are a little on the hard side
