Sleep disrupted by banging door despite it being reported day before.
Bathroom looked a bit tired and shower was scarily noisy.
Toiletries were nice as were most staff.
Brunch menu was very limited if you weren’t booked to stay for breakfast.
Nice location, apart from new housing development on the doorstep.

overall a very pleasant stay, would go again.
Very nice hotel. spa and gym looked good although we didn’t use them. breakfast buffet was good. the food overall was excellent. staff were very friendly and helpful.
the room was roasting hot, even after turning off the radiators so had to have a window open. The menu was a bit limited. service was a bit slow.

Can't wait to return
The Spa was amazing, clean and lots of different things to do. The staff were really friendly throughout.. The different buildings make you feel like you aren't in a busy hotel so it's really relaxing.
The breakfast good and service needs some work. The decor is getting a little old but because it's all clean it's not an issue but could be even more amazing when updated

The car buying experience was taken to a relaxed level we haven't had before thanks to Muj and Abdul. No push, no sales patter, questions answered with knowledge about the subject. Paperwork sorted without fuss. The car was presented to us in almost concourse condtion. Thanks Muj and Abdul for superb sevice.

I am very happy with the new Tucson Ultimate Hybrid which was purchased through 360 Vehicle Leasing. Overall I am very satisfied with the car and service. Both Russell and Chris have answered my countless queries during a extended wait due to semiconductor shortages and the the Invasion of Ukraine. The car was ordered end of October with the expected delivery of March but was finally delivered on the 30th of June to my doorstep because of the war. I would definitely consider buying my next car from 360 as I had a fantastic saving and didn't even need to put a deposit down on the car.

Good but beware
Good hotel and staff were great
The billing sysytem and upgrades additions id so complex I am sure i was billed for items twice but its so confusing. Paid via booking.com but extra upgrade had to be paid at hotel, hotel then took original booking payment then extra for breakfast minus pre booking discount then plus upgade add into the mix any drinks bought afyer 12 and its a nightmare So i would not book again
