The easy check in system and the friendly atmosphere
We were allocated a room at the opposite end of the hotel which was a little long winded to get to and easily got lost

Whatever he says he is going to do it is done promptly, never have we had to contact him to ask what is happening.

The spa facilities included in the room rate, my room was a very good size and clean.
No robes in the room, would be a nice touch for going down to the pool, also that you have to book a pool slot.

everything was ace! the room was comfortable, staff were friendly, food was good, what else is there to say?
i ended up there as an unexpected overnight stay and didn’t have shorts to utlise the spa facilities.
