We enjoyed to visit the hotel. On the arrival Sheila and Claire were very welcoming, professional and quick on check-in and check-out. Zowie, Asha and Irene at the bar were very kind and helpful. The leisure facilities are a good add to the hotel. Kelly and Chris were very nice and attentive. We really enjoy the jacuzzi and the swimming pool area.
At night we needed help with the room keys, Lee and Troy were very helpful and pleasant. We will definitely be back. Thank you to all the team for the support.

I really enjoyed my visit in the hotel! Amazing staff, at the reception Sheila, Alexis, Claire and Daisy were very welcoming!
Zowe, Irene, Tania and all the bar staff were very helpful!
At last, we went to the leisure and we had a hint of fresh air with Kelly! Very chatty and nice!

Went to The Drop Inn for brunch, so cannot comment on the rooms.
The Inn has a lovely atmosphere and the staff were welcoming, polite, pleasant and helpful. The food was lovely, but a little on the expensive side. Eggs benedict cooked perfectly (could do with more sauce) and the bacon and sausage were particularly tasty.
The toilets were clean and well equipped.
The Inn is disabled, pram and dog friendly.
Lovely little village to have an explore of, especially if you like old architecture.
Will definitely be visiting again!

Very efficient and Informative. Kept me up to date throughout the whole process. When it came to the day of the fitting I was given a courtesy message to confirm they were on the way, they were very respectful of my property and very polite. They cleaned up everywhere once they had finished and did an amazing job. I was very pleased with the job and would highly recommend. Such a lovely professional business with wonderful team members.
