Very comfortable overnight stay, I look forward to my next visit
A lovely hotel and location, all members of staff were extremely helpful and friendly, proper northern hospitality, nothing too much trouble. My reason for staying at the hotel was an event held in the Pennie room, the staff were all very efficient and the catering ran smoothly, the three course meal was served hot and delicious. Drinks perhaps a little expensivešso consequently I didnāt get too drunkš„“. Thank you to all the staff.
Although there is a spa on site there is an extra charge to use it if your not on a spa package. I thought the extra charge a bit excessive.

Found and repaired a really tricky problem with my 15yo LS460. Helpful throughout with excellent customer service. I expected a much larger bill then I got, which was very welcome. Highly recommended.

Paul is a thoroughly decent person who is friendly, caring, reliable and knowledgeable. He worked on our own home moving an existing boiler and associated pipework, installing new radiators throughout, fitting a new water meter with pipework etc. In my second property, Paul supplied and fitted a new boiler at short notice at a very competitive price. All his work is done to a high standard and to this day never had any issues with the work he has done.

It took me out of my comfort zone and made me question aspects of my fixed mindset and discover ways to potentially change it to a growth mindset. Although I hated the idea of the activities at first I think it has really made me evaluate the way that I am approaching aspects of life like challenges. I can't wait for the next one!
