Room was spacious and comfortable Pool and Spa were excellent Bar and pub were very good
No refill of tea/coffee etc next day - had to go to reception to get more.

I had Ponds Northwest come to do maintenance on my very overgrown and neglected pond. The 2 guys that came were very respectful and very knowledgeable on any questions I asked. I would certainly recommend this company to others.

Very good
The spa has a thermal pool with an open air part which looks out not over a beautiful view, but over a car park, but it's still very nice . The hotel is very sprawling and unique. The staff were friendly and helpful. Food was nice but a bit expensive. I'm glad we stayed here for the iron man weekend. Spa is good and included in room price.

The event we went was in the hotel
Breakfast was a bit disorganised ,no cups by the coffee machine,no plates by the toaster, when we found the cups they were In a basket which looked like dirty cups not near the coffee machine and knives and forks weren't where you'd thought they'd be 🤦♀️🤦♀️just need organise a bit better I felt dizzy back and forth,I had to complain about the water dispenser it taste like it had steriliser in it ,besides that it was fine 🙂
