Excellent staff making for a very pleasant stay
Friendly staff, good food and very comfortable bed. The pool is perfect for leisurely swim or workout and enjoyed the spa. didn’t get to see all of the grounds or experience the pub!

We have stayed at the hotel several times over the past 3 years for birthdays and anniversaries and have thoroughly enjoyed every stay we have had, we always ensure to book the executive double and use the spa facilities. However, on our most recent stay we did not have the most enjoyable time; unfortunately the music playing around the swimming pool area was similar the night club music, (around 6-6.30pm) which was overly loud and not relaxing at all. We then headed into the hydro-pool which was not much warmer than the swimming pool where in the past when we've stayed it has usually been much hotter. This hasn't put us off staying in the future but just wanted to forward these issues that we have had from our recent stay.

nice place to stay and relax
food is really bad, they got couple of restaurants but i dont recomend anyone to eat there Paid £40 for 2 adults 2 kids for breakfast, was nothing delicious , we was waiting for coffee to long, on the end they brought us English breakfast which was not delicious at all bar and drinks was ok The next day we went for dinner, same experience 11 adults 11 kids same story, anything we ordered nothing was delicious, and we paid £550 Nice place to stay but dont eat there

After very careful research and consideration of choosing the best decorating service for our twin girls bedroom, we decided that carlo picasso decorators was the professional we required to carry out the work.
I contacted via email and had a reply almost straight away and was given a date for someone to call around to look at the work required to be able to quote the job, it was Carl himself who came and he explained what they would do and that they use the highest quality of materials and he put my anxieties at ease straight away. Within 24 hours I received an email with the free no obligation quote for the work required and with an exchange of emails we decided to accept and was booked in with a start date.
On the start date simon arrived on site who was clearly also a professional and a very friendly nice guy, I explained everything to Simon, who also put me at ease. Simon was very meticulous with everything he did from start to finish and it only took him 2 and a half days to complete the job to a very highly professional standard (and I am picky!) I felt sorry for Simon because I kept chatting with him and i was probably slowing him down, but Simon did not mind at all and was very obliging and friendly.
Carl also came to our house again and mucked in a little with the work.
Carl is very professional, meticulous, and also very friendly and we had a chat aswell.
I find it very hard to find the right person for work that I need doing because I have o.c.d, but I honestly would recommend Carl's business, himself and his team to anyone.
From initial contact to completion of work it was a real pleasure to deal with carlo picasso decorators, their work is professional and of a very high standard, attention to detail is superb and they are also clean and tidy and respect you and your property at all times, very obliging! I find these qualities very rare today and difficult to find someone who loves what they do, who turn up when they say and are nice people.
We will definitely be using them again for any future work that we may need!
