My opinion
I enjoyed the use of the spa facilities and the hotel itself very stunning building with a great deco to the inside. The staff there was super helpful and very welcoming.
Our room wasn't as clean as id have hoped it to be. The glasses had smudges on them, the cups and station for tea and coffee was covered in dust and dirt I had to wash them myself to be able to use them. The complemtry chocolates left in the room has been opened and clearly touched.

It was very clean and had lots of character
Needs a bit of updating, needs new carpets throughout especially in the spa!

I had a preexisting issue with my boiler, but after some trial and error, it has finally been resolved! Hoorah! The engineer, Paul, was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly yet professional and successfully resolved my boiler problem. I am extremely satisfied with his work.

Would 1000% recommend, Warren is on another level to other companies in my opinion. We have had dealings with other companies in the past which have been a nightmare. From start to finish with Senior Waste Removals it was made effortless for us, communication was outstanding and everything was done perfectly. Have already been recommending to my friends and family and will definitely be using again! X

Arrived and check in was quick, easy and simple. Got to my room and the fan was on and windows open…. Phew as it was +29. Went down and got a drink for me an 2 friends. £18 for 3 fresh orange lemonades. Went back to the room and used the shower room. MASSIVE amounts of mould on both showed heads and smell present I. The toilet. Rubbish left in the room also… VERY POOR! Massive Plus was the meal…. We all ordered starters and mains and everything was 5* plus. Only issue is order starters and then order meal. Used the app to order, don’t order together or it all comes at once

Six weeks on from the creation of our pond and waterfall by Pond Northwest, it’s now settled in and been planted up. We couldn’t be more delighted. The work carried out by ‘the lads’ was quick and efficient. They are also very polite, professional and tidy workers. We had some hiccups with the waterfall but they promptly made changes in consultation with us until we, and they were all satisfied with the result. I would recommend them.
