Setting of the hotel is beautiful
Room wasn't as clean as I expected it to be which was disappointing and we had a drunk person sat outside our room door for hours talking which kept us and our little girl awake.

Paul Gornall from Dragonfly Crown has been helping me with our companies private medical insurance. He has been extremely helpful, honest, professional and got back to me very quickly. He explained everything in detail that other companies I have dealt with did not explain in full. He is very knowledgeable and I would say hes an expert in the field. I would highly recommend Dragonfly Crowd, you will not want to go anywhere else.
