Very comfortable stay
Staff were super helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were comfortable. Pool and facilities were very clean.
No towel rail in bathroom. Otherwise, all good.

Lovely location and facilities
I liked the location a lot, the pool and the steam room/sauna. The atmosphere of the village/pub/courtyard restaurant was absolutely amazing. I think I’d come back but maybe to a cheaper room as I don’t think it was worth the £170 paid
There was one member of staff overall who stood out to me hospitality wise, other than that I found everyone else to be slightly disinterested when it came to service.

Car buying I can't fault as Aidas was great. However, they attempted to sell my service plan as a "package" with roadside assistance which made it more expensive. Insinuated that there wasn't the option to take it off so I cancelled. Miraculously it all of a sudden didn't have to be included.

fantastic place for short stay with exceptional friendly helpful staff!!
clean, spacious and great facilities
not very disability friendly… despite the lift from the car park, the walk from the lift to the lobby is difficult with a walking frame, bags etc and the step up to the shower is also not easy for those with mobility difficulties, the shower base is very slippery so a level access shower would be much better…….

Loved this little location, very nice small relaxed village, the beds and pillows in the room was amazing 😊 very comfortable stay, staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you.

Lovely and relaxing one night stay
Loved the village feel with shops etc well Tended and beautiful grounds, staff were lovely nothing was too much trouble and having access to spa included in price meant with one night stay I got two swims in with my children who loved that!
We had to walk at night to our accommodation which wasn’t a big deal but very dark could have had my lights on route but a very small criticism it’s a beautiful place!

While we were having our bathroom refreshed with some things being replaced, what we thought was a small job generated a lot of waste. We had it piled up in our rear yard. As we cant get a skip near the rear of our house and there is no room out front without disrupting our neighbours parking we opted to use Senior waste removal. The booking process was super easy by initially sending a photo over whatsapp and then receiving a call to confirm the price and collection day and timeframe.
On the day they were very professional and eager to be efficient, the yard was cleared with no fuss and really quickly. They also appreciated the excellent coffee I provided.
This is a lot easier and a lot less disruptive than hiring a skip and I would definitely use Senior waste removal again.
