pleasant enough but now restrictive
3 of us stay here at least twice a year and all really like it.
you now have to book to use the thermal suite and are now restricted to 50 minutes which for us was not long enough. We wasn’t made aware of this until check in.

Pleasant in some ways, but only adequate in others
The bed was lovely in the room. Very firm but comfortable. The food selection in the onsite restaurant was nice too,
The mirror in the bathroom had not been cleaned in a while (as became apparent after a steamy shower). The interconnecting door of my room let an inordinate amount of noise from the other room transfer. And, the sound insulation of the rooms to the outside and corridor are poor.
