I’m very satisfied with the level of customer service I received from Lexus Bolton when purchasing my new Lexus ES300H, the salesman, Aidas, was great, I was kept informed as to the expected delivery date on a regular basis, once it was delivered to the dealership, Aidas arranged for my dash cam to be installed and the car ready for collection within only a few days.
The handover was the smoothest I have ever had when picking up a new car, every member of the dealership team I met were very friendly, professional and efficient. I would recommend Lexus Bolton to anyone looking to buy a new Lexus and wanting a great personal service. And, my ES300h drives like a dream,

Tom, Chris, Paul and Ellis were absolutely fantastic and made, what could have been a very stressful day, totally stress free! They were extremely helpful, took time to acknowledge our wishes and packed the entire house in under 2 hours (family of 4 with all the trimmings!). We were delayed at the other end as the previous owner wasn’t ready to leave until 4:30pm but they were patient and courteous and worked round her ensuring all our items were where we wanted. Patrick was also very helpful on the phone when booking and I had a bit of a panic the day before but he explained the process and calmed me down. I would highly recommend We Move Anything to anybody.
