What a fantastic company. Found car on auto trader, rang them to ask a few questions, asked for some additional photos and a video, nothing was too much trouble for Ash. before I knew it I had bought it. Two days later it was delivered, faultless service at every step of the way. Ash is so polite, always calls back, and even called to ask if I was happy with the car after delivery. You are a credit to the trade.

I found the car I wanted via the website. From start to finish, Sam at The Car Co was extremely helpful - he sent me a video tour of the show room and the car itself. Living over 80 miles away, this was really helpful and we then had the confidence to book a face to face visit. Sam was very professional and provided clear and helpful information thought-out. Food is average at best. Very small portions for evening meal and breakfast is buffet style, so not the freshest and fairly basic.
Spa has no jacuzzi and little control over numbers so can be busy. Rooms are adequate, bar area ok with Sports channels etc. Staff fairly enthusiastic and helpful.
Area is very scenic. Try the walk along the side of the golf course.

We searched far and wide for a Range Rover velar to the spec we wanted
After spotting one on Car Co web page we called and spoke to Shaz for info he was very helpful so we agreed to travel to the showroom he met us at the door and showed us the one we looked at he was very thorough we had a test drive and agreed a trade in for our car which was better than any others had offered he gave us a great deal so we bought the car
I would strongly recommend Car Co they have a large range of premium cars at great prices and wish all the best to shaz for his help

Great restaurant and bar staff - rooms are standard need a facelift, once had beautiful grounds, now has a housing estate there... Mixed reviews as this was our go to place pre covid.
The offers they have on, are good value for money, the food is really nice also.

Excellent service from start to finish. Easy to check in on line and easy to check out at the end of our stay. Enjoyed using the spa and indoor pool. The room was clean and the heaters worked well as the evenings are just beginning to get cooler. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here.
