I love working at BusinessLodge, the team are fantastic to deal with, nothing is ever too much trouble. The BusinessLodge team do a lot to enrich the working environment for all their tenants. They give free cakes and coffee on the last friday of each month, have lovely breakout areas, the gym, concierge services, Olives Kitchen and they even get an Ice Cream van to visit during the summer months. They do a lot for charity and I personally think their 'lunch and learn' sessions not only help the business providing the service but also allow the tenants in the buildings to get to know everyone. They put on a Christmas party for all the buildings and it's a great way to engage with other businesses and have fun. There is a real family feel within BusinessLodge, everyone is just so happy, friendly and supportive. I simply couldn't imagine working anywhere else. #lovewhereyouwork

Great entertainment and overnight stay when we visited. Easy check in, nice clean room with a comfy bed. Went in the Pub and Griil and we had chicken wrap with fries that were hot, fresh and tasty with good, friendly service. Function room was a nice size with plenty of seating without it feeling over crowded and the bar service was good and helpful throughout the evening, There was plenty to choose for our breakfast that was all fresh and hot, with a good choice of drinks. All the staff we had contact with were friendly and helpful.

Stayed here with while away with work
Fantastic hotel.
From the moment I arrived it was a fantastic positive experience
The staff were all very professional and down to earth.
They were like one big haply family.
My room was very clean and comfortable
I used all the facilities on site.
The restaurant, the bar, gym facilty and the hydro spa.
Fantastic throughout.
I will definitley be back at this hotel when down in the North West.
This hotel has fantastic staff, all pleasant and well mannered and keen to spend a little bit of time getting to know their guests without being too intrusive.
To name a few, Jean in the front reception through to Zoe in the reception bar I felt like they were doing it with passion and love for the job. I look forward to returning here in the next few months and experience the warmth of the last drop village!

Got married here last year and came back for our anniversary, as always the hotel didnt dissapoint, gave us our favorite room, bubbly, fruit, chocolates were waiting for us on arrival..rose petals on the bed too...this hotel looks after its guests well...feeling truly spoiled! The best wedding venue that keeps on delivering

This was not our first stay at Last Drop Village and I can safely say that we have enjoyed every experience. The spa is really worth the visit and the suite was fantastic and so comfy. We took our dog with us and found it to be even more accommodating with more area's accessible with our little dog.
There are a few nice little shops within the complex and the food at both the hotel bar and pub were great. The bar only had certain area's for our dog but we could grab lunch and the pub was fully dog friendly.
We didnt access the gym or spa treatments but they looked amazing. We will look in to them next time we visit.

I just wanted to say a huge personal thank you to such an amazing sales man at The Car Co in Bury. My customer journey from the second I walked through the door till the end was outstanding. As a car enthusiast, we tend to change our cars in the family every few years or so. Searching for a genuine, highly specified clean example had been proving impossible due to a number of reasons including sellers and traders not being honest, poor attempts to cover up damage and masking faults within the car, not to mention a general attitude, very unmannerly etc. A number of these forget to realise you are spending a huge amount and just want the best for your money and a great after service. We travelled the UK being let down multiple times and much inconvenience caused looking at cars that we were sold to us as ‘the best thing since sliced bread’. We had email notifications set up so were ready as soon as the desired spec became available. We were then alerted on a vehicle that came up at The Car Co in Bury who we’ve never used and instantly made enquires to visit site and view. Upon arriving at the showroom we were greeted in a beautiful and kind manner by a young gentlemen (named Zee) who then seated us, offered us beverages and arranged for the car to be brought to the front entrance. Me and family were instantly taken back by the warm, accommodating invite and gesture, with such politeness, something that we’ve not had in many years at dealerships (once upon a time this use to be the norm). We then viewed the car and instantly fell in love with it and wanted to secure this. The process after this was just outstanding, Zee kindly went through the whole process and how it works, I found him to have the world of patience (as I asked for aspects to be clarified). I found him be very kind, caring, considerate, understanding and could clearly see we’ve had a number of terrible experiences with private sellers, traders and even main dealerships. Once the car was secured he went through all the admin logistics, again he was being very precise, very thorough with so much care and attention. Till this day we have been so taken back in understanding why others fail to carry out this level of service? I don’t think it’s a great deal to ask but it seems that be an issue across the motor industry. I feel as though I could sit for a long time in providing so much positive feedback to him and the business as I was genuinely touched by the whole experience, the after care sales and support is also amazing, but I just wanted to take this opportunity to share my experience. A message to other dealerships I guess …. This is me being genuine, going from multiple areas in the UK, I wish everyone had the same approach that The Car Co people / Zee have. I can’t thank you enough for all you done, we have a lovely, well specified vehicle we wanted. Would I use them again ? YES, would I recommend them …. YES !!! … thank you once again for making the impossible possible and being so patient with me, I’m very particular in what I wanted and you had the world of patience in every aspect. The car industry needs more people like you. Best wishes
