We came over the weekend for a bed, breakfast and dinner break overnight. We booked an executive family room which was spacious and clean. The hotel itself was nice. There were two weddings and another function taking place but these did not bother us at all as the resort is quite large.
The pool and thermal suite were fine. The food was also good.the main issue was that the staff were not very friendly or polite, everything seemed to be a bother to them. Not great customer service but a nice stay regardless.

Business trip in Bolton, this is a pleasant and agreeable hotel. My suite was spacious and very comfortable, it’s not a new hotel and this can be some noise.

Me and my partner had a fantastic weekend good friendly staff everywhere clean hotel a bit quirky spa treatments with sam and Leanne were fantastic and plenty of choice within the spa only drawback probably could have done with more choice for dinner

We had a great time. We really liked the hydro pool which was like having a bath in the garden in the rain. The hotel was busy but there was no queues for anything and the staff were friendly and helpful. We would recommend and intend staying there again
